📦 Processing Time
Because our products are handcrafted, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.
During restocks, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We currently ship through USPS (United States Postal Service).
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:
USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.
📍 Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We cannot replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📬 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package is accepted by USPS, it is out of our control. Clasé BéBé is not responsible for:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Carrier delays
Marked “Delivered” but not received
If this occurs, customers must file a claim directly with USPS.
We will assist with information as needed, but replacements/refunds cannot be issued for carrier-related issues.
📦 Warm Weather Shipping (For Body Butters)
Our body butters contain natural butters and oils, along with a small amount of beeswax, but they can still soften or melt during warmer weather or while sitting in a hot mailbox. Because we do not use heavy stabilizers or synthetic thickening agents, temperature changes may affect texture.
If melting occurs, simply place the product in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to restore firmness.
Melting does not affect product quality or performance.
Clasé BéBé cannot replace items due to heat-related melting.
