1. Are your products all-natural?
Yes. Every product from Clasé BéBé is handcrafted using natural oils, butters, herbs, flowers, and plant-based ingredients. We avoid sulfates, parabens, mineral oils, and harsh synthetic additives.
2. Do you use preservatives?
Some products that contain water or botanical infusions require a gentle, skin-safe preservative. Oil-only products do not require preservatives.
3. Will my body butter melt during shipping?
Yes, melting is possible. Our butters contain natural oils and beeswax, but they may still soften or melt in warm weather. If melting occurs, place the jar in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes. This does not affect product quality or performance.
4. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. We offer several formulas specifically designed for eczema-prone, rosacea-prone, or sensitive skin types. Always patch-test before use.
5. Do you offer unscented options?
Yes — we offer unscented body butters, soaps, and facial products for those who prefer fragrance-free skincare.
6. Are your products safe for the face?
Only products from our Facial Collection are formulated specifically for the face. Body butters and body soaps should not be used as facial cleansers.

7. How long does processing take?
Processing takes 3–7 business days because every item is handcrafted in small batches.
8. How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive in:
USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
USPS Priority: 2–3 business days
Shipping times may vary due to holidays, weather, or postal delays.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — Clasé BéBé currently ships within the United States only.
10. My order shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.
Once USPS marks a package delivered, Clasé BéBé cannot replace or refund missing packages.

💰 PAYMENTS & RETURNS
11. What is your return policy?
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are final.
If your order is damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos of the issue and your order number.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major debit and credit cards through Squarespace’s secure checkout.
PayPal or Square may also be available at checkout if enabled.
